When it came time for us to look into selling our home and then the even harder task of finding a new one, we had no idea which realtor we wanted to use. We had heard great stories about some and really bad stories about others, but one person came highly recommend... When Drew came for the initial consult, he really impressed us with his professional yet friendly manner as to how he spoke with us and how he envisioned the process happening. He helped us feel extremely comfortable and confident and reassured us he would be there every step of the journey. During the time leading up to the listing date, Drew continued to check in and see if there was anything he could do to help, made sure we were doing ok, not to stressed out and continued to reassure that he was going to help us get top dollar for our home. We new that our home was one of the smaller ones he was working with, but he always made us feel like it was one of the largest. Once we listed, it took Drew one week to find us a buyer and we sold for 40k over the asking price.

He didn’t stop there. Once we had finalized our sale, Drew continued helping by finding homes to look at until we eventually found the one that ticked all the boxes. He made sure we were BOTH happy and confident that it was our new home. We looked at so many house actually, that he even let Cody drive his brand new car the day after he got it. It was one of best high lights for him.. Obviously a car guy!
